Tiner was established in Brazil in 1998.

The company started with the acquisition of 2 areas in Rio de Janeiro, next to the International Airport Tom Jobim, where Tiner built two industrial buildings, one of them was a build to suit for the North American company FEDEX.

Later it extended its investments, with the construction of a great logistic and distribution centre in the S. Paulo, strategically located face for the Anhanguera Highway, between the Rodoanel and Marginal Tietê.

Based in this real estate branch and in long term leasing contracts, Tiner launched in the market, the Real Estate Investment Fund “Europar”, the first one of its kind with commercialization of quotes in the Stock Exchange of São Paulo.

Foreseeing the sustained growth of the Brazilian real estate market, Tiner invested in the acquisition of well located areas in the capital, São Paulo, promoting the development of approvals and launching of great residential condominiums, as follows:

Residential condominiums:

Vila Atlântica, site with the total area of 404.579,00 sqm, located in km 18 of the Highway Anhanguera, capital/interior direction, approved lotting 5.180 residential units foreseen to be built.

Terrara, site with area of 203.855,00 sqm, located in the confluence of the Avenues Nações Unidas x Interlagos, 1.724 residential units foreseen to be built.

Bosques do Sul, site with area of 153.752,00 sqm, located between the Avenues Miguel Yunes and Nossa Senhora do Sabará, 1.512 residential units foreseen to be built.

Reserva Campo Belo, two blocks, with total area of 18.997,10 sqm, with exceptional location, between the Avenues Vereador José Diniz and Barão do Triunfo, with ongoing launches 294 residential units in site 1 and 36 high standard houses in site 2.


In development, there are also the business of real estate purchasing business in noble areas of the city of S. Paulo, for the construction of buildings and the urban and industrial plotting development in the State of S. Paulo with special focus on the Great S. Paulo and in Campinas.
